Kaidyn - Toddlers

I am so glad I was able to take Kaidyn's pictures today! Kara fell in love with a previous clients' pictures that I had taken and just had to book an appointment with me! I was very excited to meet her and to take her adorable son pictures. We went to one of my favorite spots behind this building near the water, and got some amazing shots. I was also able to get some shots of Kaidyn's 'girlfriend',Avery, as well who I have taken pictures of before (Tenisha & Craig // Family )! I hope I get to work with Kara and her son Kaidyn again because he was so photogenic and you would have never been able to tell that he was running around throughout the entire session :)

It was really hard to choose a selected few since I loved them all but here they are!

Diana & Kyle - Family

I was so glad I able to take Diana's portraits once again, this time with her and her family. It was a beautiful day in the afternoon and we were worried that it might thunder storm and rain, but thank god it didn't! Originally we were going to take the portraits at some train tracks I had taken someone else's portraits at. The local park actually worked out better, considering there was much more area for the kids to run around in!

Both of her children were a blast! Her youngest, Beckett, only 3 years old, did much better than she had anticipated! I got many natural smiles from him and of course from his older brother too! I also though it would be a great idea to get Diana and her husband together in some shots. Her husband, Kyle, was making her laugh in a few, which worked out great for me, cause then I was able to capture great smiles from both of them!

I loved how vibrant the colors were too! Diana did a great job picking out there outfits! (Mint green is one of my favorite colors, FYI)

Lauren & Brian - Maternity

I was so happy to see that Lauren was having her first baby in just a few weeks! This was the first time also meeting her boyfriend Bryan and his adorable daughter Alexis who were awesome to work with. I was so excited to get some shots of her before having her baby girl, Kinsley. We were able to get some photos outside near the water, which was a small bike path I had suggested behind the Meditech building. I've always thought it was so pretty there, and the lighting and little spots there made the photos turn out great! Afterwards, we came back to my studio, and got some gorgeous, formal, maternity shots on my black background.

Little Alexis was such a good girl for the pictures too. I kept saying how well she was doing for only 3 years old that she could be a model :) I caught some great moments with her and her dad Bryan that I couldn't resist posting them here too. There were so many good ones, it was hard to choose the best ones from this batch. Enjoy!

Linda & Family

I was very honored to take Linda's portraits with her family. Her dad is very ill and she really wanted to get these pictures with him before he passes.  Knowing this moved me into making the decision to take these for her. This was also a father's day gift so it was great to get the family together for these pictures since, they haven't gotten together like this in a while!

We were able to use there next door neighbors backyard for these shots as well which I was truely grateful for! They were all very pleasant people to work with, and I hope to do it again! Groups are always fun, especially bigger ones like this. These were the best ones! :)
